Snipclash Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-03
Snipclash is made by Raf (رف), developed by Mohammed. This policy explains what the game collects, why, and how to get it removed. It is written to be read, not to hide behind.
What we collect
| Data | Why | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|
| A guest account id | So your coins, level, and rank follow you between sessions and devices | Supabase (Postgres), our backend |
| A generated display name, like "Sniper 4821" | So your opponent sees a name instead of a blank | Supabase |
| Gameplay statistics: matches played and won, headshots, perfect wins, coins, level, ELO rank | Progression, matchmaking against a fair opponent, and the leaderboard | Supabase |
| Online match records: both player ids, the map, each shot's angle and power, damage, and the winner | Reproducing matches, and detecting cheating | Supabase |
| Purchase records, if you buy coins | Delivering the coins exactly once. Payment itself is handled by Google Play, we never see card details | Google Play, and a purchase token kept on your device |
| Advertising id, approximate location worked out from your IP address, ad views and taps, and crash and diagnostic data, when ads are shown | Showing ads, measuring them, and preventing ad fraud. Collected by Google's ads SDK | Google AdMob |
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, precise (GPS) location, or anything from your device other than what is listed above. The game never shows a permission prompt: it uses the internet, and the permissions Google's ads and billing libraries need to run.
Guest accounts
Snipclash does not ask you to sign up. On first launch the game creates a guest account for you automatically. You never see a password, and we never ask for an email address. If you want to move your progress to another device, the account id is what does it.
Children
Snipclash is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has played, contact us and we will delete the account.
Third parties
- Supabase, accounts, profiles, statistics and match records. Their privacy policy
- Google AdMob, ad serving and measurement. How Google uses this data
- Google Play, payments for coin packs. Google's privacy policy
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone except the services above, and only for the purposes listed.
Deleting your Snipclash data
Two ways to ask, either is fine:
- In Snipclash, open SETTINGS and tap DELETE MY DATA. That opens an email with your guest account id already filled in. Send it.
- Or email 7akim.ita@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Snipclash data", and include your guest account id if you know it.
What is deleted: your guest account, profile and display name, rank, owned items, statistics, and the match records tied to that account. Your coins and progress saved on the phone go when you uninstall the game.
How long it takes: within 30 days of your request. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What is kept: nothing on our side. Records of coin pack purchases are kept by Google Play under Google's own rules, and advertising data is handled by Google AdMob, see the links under Third parties.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
